INGREDIENTS:
Milk -1 liter
Vinegar- 2 tb
Water - 4 cup.
Jaggery - 2 cup.
Pista (optional)
Instruction To prepare Rasagulla:
1.Take the milk in a bowl and bring to a boil. Once the milk starts to boil, turn off the heat.
2.Take vinegar, add water in it, put a mixture of vinegar and water in warm milk and make it curdle.
3.Then strain it and wash well, take a cotton cloth and put paneer in it and tie it tightly for 10 minutes. Take the paneer on a plate and mash well. Make some small tube shape out of it.
4.Put jaggery, water and cardamom powder in a kadai and mix well. During the boiling time add the tube shape (rasakullas) and cover with lead and cook it for 20 minutes.
5.Then transfer the rasgulla to a bowl and wait for 1-2 hours until they reach room temperature otherwise Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
6. Now rasagulla is ready to serve with decorated nuts.
