Hotel Style Chicken Gravy in English
Today, we have taught how to make boneless chicken gravy. This chicken gravy recipe can be served with White rice and even with chapati, Parotta, Naan etc. This chicken curry recipe is also known as Chicken handi masala / boneless chicken gravy. There are no bones in chicken hence it will melt in your mouth. I make this chicken a little thicker, but you can adjust the consistency of the gravy by adding water to it.

INGREDIENTS:
Oil -3 tbsp
Onion - 1 cup(chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp.
Chicken - 500kg
Salt to taste
Turmeric -1/4 tsp
Red chili powder- 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Curd- 1/4 cup.
Tomato - 2(chopped)
Kasuri Methi -1ts
Cashew - 10
Fresh Cream - 1/4 cup.
Preparation Of chicken Gravy:
Heat oil in a Pan and add the chopped onion.
Fry on medium heat for a few mins until the color changes.
Add the ginger garlic paste, mix and cook until the raw smell is gone.
Now add masala powders and cook well.
Then add chicken, mix and fry on high heat for 1-2 mins till the color changes to white and slightly browned.
Now grind tomato, cashew and curd.
Then add to chicken, give a mix and fry on medium to low heat for 3-4 mins till it’s cooked and oil separates.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves and fresh cream. Mix well and serve.
